Ross was educated at Ampleforth College, Yorkshire and Downing College, Cambridge where he received a Masters in Law.  He went on to qualify as a Barrister in the UK and also an Attorney in New York, where from 1987 to 1994 he practised Corporate Finance Law for both Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Rogers & Wells, New York where he worked on deals in excess of $30 billion.

In 1994 he went on to start his own property development company.  In 1998 he, alongside two other partners, formed one of the premier niche residential development companies in the UK with over $2 billion worth of developments.

Christopher was educated at Haileybury College and St Edmund Hall, Oxford where he gained an MA in Engineering Science. 

From 1985 to 2005 he established a construction and development consultancy business, focused on high-end London residential property and destination resort advice in Europe. As a senior associate to Locum / Colliers CRE he advised on developments ranging from Millennium projects to resort destinations including a $1.5billion project in Turkey.

In 2003 he founded an award winning development company. He was European Project Director to a Saudi PFO for £70m of acquisition and sale of commercial property and re-development of prime London residential property.

Andre was educated at Harrogate Grammar School and Hertfordshire Business School, graduating in 1994.

For the past fourteen years he has developed his career in the sales and marketing field, the last eleven of which have been with one of the premier niche residential development companies in the UK.  Here he was responsible for the brand and marketing of the company, as well as organising sales strategies for each individual development. In 2004 he was appointed Head of Investor Sales, a role that has led him to conclude deals in excess of £500 million and build strong business relationships across the globe.
